Where can we find the ZeroThreeTwo shirts? 

 

So you don't have a physical store?

  • Nope! At least not yet. Currently we have retail partners in the malls. If you want to see the actual ZeroThreeTwo shirts, visit the Chillage, Hip Street (Ayala Center Cebu), American Blvd. (SM City Cebu) or Republik in Banilad Town Centre. 

 

What kind of payment options do you guys have? 

  • Paypal
  • Credit card
  • Deposit direct to our Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account. Instructions will be given upon checkout.

 

How long does shipping take? 

  • Generally it takes 2 to 3 working days from when we verify your payment. If your area is an Out of Delivery area, then usually 3-5 days.

 

What do you mean FREE DELIVERY in most of the Philippines?

  • There are some places in the Philippines that aren't readily accessible. Air21 calls them Out of Delivery areas. This makes shipping costs much higher than anticipated. If you are in or near a major city like Cebu, Manila, Bacolod, Davao, etc., you won't have a problem and the item will be shipped for FREE. If you happen to be in Agusan del Sur (This really happened), we'll contact you after you checkout and ask for a delivery charge. 

 

Do you accept reservations for new releases? 

  • Nope. If you want to be the first to know when we have a new release, subscribe to our newsletter. Newsletter subscribers are the first to know.

 

Do you guys reprint the ZeroThreeTwo tees? 

  • It depends. 

 

I want a ZeroThreeTwo sticker! How do I get one? 

  • If you see us, you can try asking. But best way to get one is to buy something from the Assembly. We'll include a sticker. 

 

If I have problems with my order, how can I contact you?

  • Feel free to email us at info@zerothreetwo.com. We read our email. Don't worry. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Do you ship Internationally? 

  • Yup. But we will need you to email your complete address and order before we can give you a quote on shipping fees. We use FedEx and the charges vary depending on location and weight.

 

Can we sell items on your online store?

  • It depends. We're always looking for new products, but... it depends. Send us an email.
